Your images stay on your WordPress server

Watermark previews and saved copies are processed on the WordPress site where you install the plugin. Peachfin Watermark Maker does not upload your images to Peachfin Themes, collect usage telemetry, or contact an AI service. Fonts and editor assets are bundled with the plugin.

Settings, copies, and background work

Your site stores watermark settings, saved Pro templates, upload rules, and batch job records. Image copies are saved in your Media Library. Original files remain available at their original URLs. Deactivating or uninstalling the plugin does not remove your media or all stored settings and job records. Site administrators control these records and backups.

This product website

This page uses the Peachfin Themes website layout and services. Hosting, analytics, cookies, accounts, and store practices are described in the Peachfin Themes privacy notice. Hosting services may process routine request information such as IP address, browser details, and requested URLs to serve and secure the site.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use them to answer your request and keep relevant correspondence. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or private photographs. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting the address above, subject to records we must retain.

Pro purchases and updates

Checkout runs through the Peachfin Themes WooCommerce store. The store processes your order, contact and billing details, payment status, and download access as described in its privacy notice. The payment processor handles payment information. Order and download records are separate from your site’s watermark settings and images.

When you activate Pro updates, your site sends your license key and site URL to the Peachfin Themes store. We use these to verify your purchase, count activated sites, and provide updates. Our server also receives routine connection information such as IP address. License records and activation records are stored on our server, not sent to the License Manager plugin developer. Images, watermark settings, and usage telemetry are not sent. Deactivating your update license removes that site activation; purchase records remain subject to our store privacy notice.

Your site's own privacy responsibilities

Your host, WordPress installation, and other plugins may collect or process information independently. If you operate a site, you are responsible for its privacy notices, permissions, and data practices.
