These terms describe the Peachfin Watermark Maker website and plugin from Peachfin Themes. Questions: hello@peachfinthemes.com.

Your content is yours

You retain your rights to your images and logos. You are responsible for permission to use the content you watermark. The plugin processes images on your WordPress server; Peachfin does not receive or claim ownership of those images through the watermarking workflow.

The Free plugin and software license

Peachfin Watermark Maker Free can be used for personal and commercial work. Free is distributed under GPLv2 or later and Pro under GPLv3 or later, with third-party notices for bundled assets. These website terms do not restrict rights granted by those software licenses.

Preview, originals, and backups

The plugin creates separate copies rather than overwriting originals. Existing posts continue to use their existing images. Check the preview and exported result, and keep independent backups. Re-encoding may change image quality and remove metadata. Watermarks provide attribution; they do not prevent downloads, cropping, or access to public originals.

Hosting requirements

Rendering depends on your server's PHP image support and available resources. Automatic uploads and background batches require working scheduled tasks. Processing may be delayed or fail if the scheduler, permissions, resources, or source images are unavailable.

Pro purchases and updates

Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, as identified in the store terms. Peachfin Watermark Maker Pro is a separate downloadable WordPress add-on. Each purchase includes 365 days of Pro downloads and updates for the number of sites stated in your plan.

Payment is a single charge for the stated period, not an automatically renewing subscription. You may purchase another year manually. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Download Pro from your order/account, install it alongside Free, and activate your purchase key under Media → Pro updates. Updates appear in WordPress while your update license is active. You can also download and install updates manually.

The installed plugin keeps working when your download/update period ends. Free is GPLv2 or later and Pro is GPLv3 or later: the plan site count and access period do not restrict rights granted by that license. A refund ends store download/update access, but does not remove GPL rights already received.

The store terms, store privacy notice, and store refund policy also apply to checkout. For this plugin, the 365-day update/download period replaces the store’s general theme-specific periods. Contact hello@peachfinthemes.com with order or installation questions.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided as is under its included license. We do not promise compatibility with every host, theme, or plugin, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use and changes

Do not use the website or plugin to infringe rights, break the law, or disrupt services. We may update these terms as the product changes and identify the revision date on this page. Questions can be sent to the support address above.
