Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, a California limited liability company.
We want every theme to work for you. If one doesn’t, contact us first. Most problems are setup questions that we can solve together.
When we refund. We refund a theme in full if:
- it is materially different from its product page or live preview;
- it doesn’t work as described, and we can’t fix it with you;
- it has a security flaw that we can’t fix;
- we don’t provide the support included with your purchase (6 months from the purchase date); or
- you haven’t downloaded it and you ask within 7 days of purchase. Download access lasts at least 90 days, but the refund window for an unused purchase is 7 days.
When we don’t refund:
- you changed your mind after downloading;
- it works as described but isn’t to your taste, or you wanted features the product page doesn’t list;
- you bought it by accident and have already downloaded it;
- you need skills or services it doesn’t include, such as custom development or hosting setup;
- the request doesn’t say what is wrong;
- the problem only occurs on an outdated version of the theme, and an update available to you fixes it;
- the licence has been misused, for example by sharing or reselling a theme where its licence doesn’t allow it, or by buying through fake accounts.
How to ask
- Email hello@peachfinthemes.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Screenshots and error messages help.
- We’ll work through it with you first.
- If it still isn’t resolved, we look at the details fairly and tell you our decision.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
After a refund, your download links stop working, and you should stop using and delete the theme. For Astro themes, your Peachfin Themes Astro License for that copy ends. WordPress themes are licensed under the GPL, and a refund can’t change the rights that licence gives.
Immediate delivery. Themes are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. Where the law allows, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose any right to cancel once you download. The refunds described above still apply.
Your legal rights come first. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Card disputes. If something is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually resolve it faster. If a dispute is opened, we respond to it with the order and download records.
