Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, a California limited liability company.

This page is a summary. The licence file inside your download is the one that applies.

WordPress themes: GPL-2.0-or-later

Our WordPress themes use the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, the same licence as WordPress. You may:

  • use a theme on as many sites as you like, for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial;
  • change it however you like. Your purchase gets you the ready-to-install package, documentation, sample content, at least 90 days of download access, and 6 months of support and updates from us. Your GPL rights in the files you downloaded are permanent, even after support ends or if you get a refund.

Astro themes: Peachfin Themes Astro License

Astro themes from version 1.0.6 onward use our own licence. You may:

  • build unlimited websites with a theme, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients;
  • hand each finished website, including its source code, to your client;
  • change the code however you like;
  • keep using the websites you built after your 6 months of support and updates end.

You may not:

  • resell, give away or publish the theme, or a modified version of it, as a template, starter or kit for other people to build sites from;
  • sublicense the theme, or offer its source to people who haven’t bought it (except as part of a website you delivered).

If your order is refunded, your licence for that copy ends. Any copies of our Astro themes that you received under the MIT License before they moved to the Peachfin Themes Astro License stay under MIT.

Ghost themes: Peachfin Themes Ghost License

Ghost themes use our own licence. You may:

  • build unlimited websites with a theme, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients;
  • hand each finished website, including its source code, to your client;
  • change the code however you like;
  • keep using the websites you built after your 6 months of support and updates end.

You may not:

  • resell, give away or publish the theme, or a modified version of it, as a template, starter or kit for other people to build sites from;
  • sublicense the theme, or offer its source to people who haven’t bought it (except as part of a website you delivered).

If your order is refunded, your licence for that copy ends.

EmDash plugins: Elastic License 2.0

Auto Unpublish Posts, free and Pro, is one package under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). The licence file in the package is the one that applies. You may:

  • use it on your own sites and on sites you build for clients, personal or commercial;
  • copy it and change the code.

You may not:

  • offer it to others as a hosted or managed service;
  • remove, disable or get around the licence key check, or share Pro features unlocked;
  • remove our licence or copyright notices.

Pro is a yearly licence for 1, 5 or unlimited sites. Its key works on the domains you enter for it and their subdomains, and always on localhost and *.test. If a licence expires, your existing rules and schedules keep running; creating and editing Pro features stops until you renew. If your order is refunded, your Pro licence ends.

Peachfin Watermark Maker is a WordPress plugin under the GPL. Its product terms cover Pro updates and site limits.

Downloads, support and updates

Download access lasts at least 90 days from purchase, so please keep your own copy. Support and updates are included for 6 months from purchase and reach you through the same download. After that, you keep everything you downloaded under its licence. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.

Photos, fonts and other parts

  • Sample photos bundled with a theme are public domain (CC0) unless the ASSETS.json file in the download says otherwise. It lists each photo’s source and author.
  • Fonts keep their own licence, usually the SIL Open Font License. The licence text sits next to the font files and must stay with them.
  • Astro and npm packages are not included. You install them yourself, and each keeps its authors’ licence.

Credit link

Themes include a footer credit, “Theme name by Peachfin Themes” (for example, “Daybreak by Peachfin Themes”). You may edit or remove it.

Our name and logo

The licences cover the code, not the Peachfin Themes name or logo. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse your site or product.

Tumblr themes

Free and paid Tumblr themes are covered by the Peachfin Themes Tumblr License, included as LICENSE.md in every download. You can use a theme on any number of your own blogs, build blogs for clients with it, and change it however you like. You can’t resell, share or republish the theme itself, or a modified version of it, as a theme or template.

Free themes include a small Peachfin Themes credit and a “Get this theme” button. Paid themes are sold per theme, with checkout here and the download delivered after payment. Fonts load from Google Fonts under their own open licenses, and the photos in our previews are not part of the download.

Theme passes

These terms cover Astro Pass, WordPress Pass, All-Access and Team All-Access.

Each pass gives access to the Peachfin theme library on its included platforms for a one-time payment in USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Astro Pass covers every Astro theme on sale, including site, portfolio, blog and store templates. WordPress Pass covers every WordPress theme on sale. All-Access covers every paid Astro, WordPress and Tumblr theme. Team All-Access includes everything in All-Access for up to 5 named people in one organization, with the plugin site limits and support described below.

Pick and download the themes you need, whenever you need them. Library access covers themes on sale at purchase on your included platforms, plus themes released while that pass is sold. We do not promise a number of future themes or a release schedule. Access continues for as long as Peachfin Themes sells the passes.

Open Tabs for WordPress and the free Tumblr themes stay free for everyone and are not part of any pass. Content Backup is not included in any pass.

Each theme keeps its own licence, exactly as when bought individually:

  • WordPress themes use GPL-2.0-or-later.
  • Astro themes use the Peachfin Themes Astro License for unlimited personal, commercial and client sites. You may not resell or redistribute them as templates.
  • Tumblr themes use the Peachfin Themes Tumblr License included in each download.

An individual pass is licensed to one named person and cannot be shared. Team All-Access covers up to 5 named people in one organization. The person who bought the pass holds seat 1 and invites up to 4 more people by email from My account → Team. Each invitation link is valid for 14 days and works once. Invitees sign in or register with a normal store account using the invited email address. Each member gets the full Your themes library. The person who bought the pass can resend invitations or remove a member; removal ends access immediately and frees the seat. Your seat change allowance applies per 12 months and is shown in My account → Team; email hello@peachfinthemes.com if you need more changes. Each person can be on one team at a time. Plugin Pro keys stay with the person who bought the pass; members do not get keys. If the Team order is refunded or cancelled, every member loses access. Pass access cannot be shared outside those seats or resold or redistributed. Each theme’s licence rights still apply.

Buying a pass requires an account. Checkout on peachfinthemes.com creates one with the buyer’s email address, or the buyer signs in to an existing account. Payment is by Stripe. An email provides a link to set the account password.

Right after payment, the order confirmation page and order email link to My account → Your themes. Each theme has its own Download button for the same ZIP sold individually, including the optional Demo Importer plugin for WordPress themes. The library is grouped by platform, with platform and site-type filters, previews and each ZIP’s licence. New themes on included platforms appear automatically while the pass is sold, marked New since you bought. Updated versions replace the file behind the same button. Pass files are in Your themes. Sign in to the account that holds your pass or Team seat to download themes. Download links do not work for anyone else. All-Access and Team pass holders also see their EmDash Pro licences in Your themes, with a link to My account → EmDash licenses.

Each person can download up to 15 different themes per rolling 24 hours. This applies to individual pass holders, the person who bought a Team pass and every Team member. Re-downloading a theme already downloaded in that window does not count again. More downloads are available tomorrow, or contact hello@peachfinthemes.com if you need more today. Single-theme purchases are not affected.

Pass downloads do not expire. Single purchases have at least 180 days of download access. Please keep your own copy of downloaded files.

Every pass includes email support for 6 months from purchase. Team All-Access includes priority email support during those 6 months. Theme updates keep arriving in the library as they are published, with no end date.

All-Access and Team All-Access include a 1-year Pro licence for each of Auto Unpublish Posts and Comment Spam Protection. The licences are issued automatically with the order:

  • All-Access includes a 1-site licence for each plugin. The buyer enters the site’s domain under My account → EmDash licenses, or through the private link in the order email, and receives the key at once. Localhost and *.test work without a key entry.
  • Team All-Access includes an unlimited-sites licence for each plugin. Each key is ready immediately and works on any domain. Plugin Pro keys stay with the person who bought the pass; members do not get keys.

Each included plugin licence lasts 1 year. Renewal is optional at the normal yearly plugin price: Auto Unpublish Posts Pro costs $49 for 1 site or $149 for unlimited sites; Comment Spam Protection Pro costs $29 for 1 site or $99 for unlimited sites. Themes in the pass are unaffected by plugin renewals.

Refunds follow the same rules as single purchases, subject to local consumer law. You may request a refund within 7 days for an unused purchase, meaning nothing has been downloaded and no plugin key has been received. We give a full refund if a product is materially not as described and we cannot fix it. After a refund, download access stops and included plugin licences are marked refunded. Each theme’s own licence governs rights in downloaded files, including the GPL rights explained above. See the Refund Policy.

If Peachfin Themes discontinues the passes, holders receive 60 days’ notice and keep the files they downloaded and their licence rights.
