Buying
How much does a theme cost? WordPress editions, Astro portfolio and blog editions, and Astro site templates for agencies, restaurants and cafés, and landing pages cost $47 USD each; Astro store templates cost $67 USD each. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal.
How do I get my download? Right after payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page and in the email sent to your checkout address. If you create an account at checkout, your downloads are also listed under My Account. Download access lasts at least 90 days from purchase, so please save your own copy.
What does “Coming soon” mean? That theme cannot be bought yet. Use the “Get notified when this theme is released” form on its page to get product-update emails about new or updated Peachfin themes, including its release. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What is the live preview? A copy of the theme’s demo pages, so you can click through the real layout and inner pages. It is a static copy: search, forms and the editor do not work there.
Using a theme
Do I need a page builder? No. The WordPress editions use the block editor and Site Editor.
Can I change the colors and fonts? Yes. Use Global Styles for the whole site, or adjust individual blocks. Astro editions keep colors, fonts and navigation in one site configuration file.
How do I install a theme? WordPress: upload the theme ZIP under Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme. Astro: follow the getting-started guide included in the download. The Support page covers setup and help.
Support, refunds and licences
What support and updates are included? Six months of email support and updates from the purchase date. Support covers installing and using the theme as described; it does not include custom development, hosting or third-party plugins. When the six months end, you keep everything you downloaded. See the Terms of Sale.
Can I get a refund? Yes, in the cases listed in our Refund Policy, for example if a theme is materially different from its product page or doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it with you, or if you haven’t downloaded it and ask within 7 days of purchase.
How are the themes licensed? WordPress themes are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Astro themes use the Peachfin Themes Astro License. Fonts and photos keep their own licences. See Licensing.

Passes
Which themes does a pass include? A pass gives access to the Peachfin theme library so you can pick and download themes as you need them. Astro Pass includes Astro themes on sale, including store templates. WordPress Pass includes every WordPress theme on sale. All-Access includes every paid Astro, WordPress and Tumblr theme, plus a 1-year Pro license for each of Auto Unpublish Posts and Comment Spam Protection. Team All-Access includes everything in All-Access for up to 5 named people in one organization. Free themes stay free for everyone; Content Backup is not included. How do I get my pass downloads? A pass needs an account. Sign in at checkout, or checkout creates one with your email address and emails a link to set your password. Right after payment, the order confirmation page and order email link to My account → Your themes. Browse the grid by platform, filter by platform and site type, and use each theme’s Download button or Live demo link. Each card shows a thumbnail, name, version, last-updated date and ZIP license. Each theme has its own ZIP, with the same files sold individually, including the optional Demo Importer plugin for WordPress themes. Pass downloads do not expire; pass files are in Your themes. Sign in to the account that holds your pass or Team seat to download themes. Download links do not work for anyone else. New themes appear automatically while the pass is sold, marked New since you bought; updates replace the file behind the same button. There is no promised number of themes or release schedule. Access continues for as long as Peachfin Themes sells the passes. If the passes are discontinued, holders get 60 days’ notice and keep the files they downloaded and their license rights.
Which licenses, seats and support are included? Each theme keeps its individual license. WordPress themes use GPL-2.0-or-later. Astro themes use the Peachfin Themes Astro License for unlimited personal, commercial and client sites, with no resale or redistribution as templates. Tumblr themes use the Peachfin Themes Tumblr License in each download. Every pass includes email support for 6 months from purchase. Team All-Access includes priority email support during those 6 months. Theme updates keep arriving in the library as they are published, with no end date. An individual pass is licensed to one named person and cannot be shared. Team All-Access covers up to 5 named people in one organization. The person who bought the pass holds seat 1 and invites up to 4 more people by email from My account → Team. Each invitation link is valid for 14 days and works once. Invitees sign in or register with a normal store account using the invited email address. Each member gets the full Your themes library. The person who bought the pass can resend invitations or remove a member; removal ends access immediately and frees the seat. Your seat change allowance applies per 12 months and is shown in My account → Team; email hello@peachfinthemes.com if you need more changes. Each person can be on one team at a time. Plugin Pro keys stay with the person who bought the pass; members do not get keys. If the Team order is refunded or cancelled, every member loses access. Pass access cannot be shared outside those seats. Each theme’s license still applies. See the Licensing page for the pass terms.
How do the included plugin licenses work? All-Access includes a 1-site, 1-year Pro license for each of Auto Unpublish Posts and Comment Spam Protection. The licenses are issued automatically with the order and shown in Your themes, with a link to My account → EmDash licenses. Enter your site’s domain under My account → EmDash licenses or through the private link in your order email to receive each key at once. Localhost and *.test work without a key entry. Team All-Access includes 1-year unlimited-sites licenses, with keys ready immediately for any domain. Renewal is optional: Auto Unpublish Posts Pro costs $49 a year for 1 site or $149 for unlimited sites; Comment Spam Protection Pro costs $29 a year for 1 site or $99 for unlimited sites. Themes are unaffected by plugin renewals. Team plugin Pro keys stay with the person who bought the pass; members do not get keys.
Is there a download limit? Each person can download up to 15 different themes per rolling 24 hours. This applies to individual pass holders, the person who bought a Team pass and every Team member. Re-downloading a theme already downloaded in that window does not count again. More downloads are available tomorrow, or contact hello@peachfinthemes.com if you need more today. Single-theme purchases are not affected.
Can I get a refund for a pass? The same refund rules apply as for single purchases, subject to local consumer law. Ask within 7 days if the purchase is unused: nothing downloaded and no plugin key received. We also give a full refund if a product is materially not as described and we cannot fix it. After a refund, downloads stop and included plugin licenses are marked refunded. See the Refund Policy.
