Who we are. Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Website: https://peachfinthemes.com. Contact: hello@peachfinthemes.com.
What you buy. Each product is a downloadable website theme for one platform (WordPress or Astro), as described on its product page and shown in its live preview. A purchase does not include hosting, a domain, installation, custom design or third-party services. Themes marked “Coming soon” or “Preview” cannot be bought.
Price and payment. Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, shown before you pay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. Stripe processes payments, and we never see or store your full card number. A later price change does not affect a completed order.
Delivery and download access. Your download starts right after payment is confirmed. Links appear on the order confirmation page and in the email sent to your checkout address. If you create an account, your downloads are also listed under My Account. Download access lasts at least 90 days from purchase, so please save your own copy. If you lose your links within that period, email us from the address used for the order and we will resend them to that address.
Support and updates. Each purchase includes 6 months of support and updates from the purchase date. Support means email help with installing and using the theme as described. It does not include custom development, hosting or third-party plugins. Updates in that period reach you through the same download. When the 6 months end, you keep everything you downloaded. WordPress editions keep all their GPL rights permanently.
Licence. Your rights to use a theme come from the licence file inside the download, summarised on our Licences page. WordPress themes are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Astro themes sold on this site use the Peachfin Themes Astro License, included as LICENSE in each download; any copies received earlier under MIT stay MIT. Fonts and photos keep their own licences. Nothing in these terms takes away rights a licence gives you.
Refunds. See our Refund Policy. If an order is refunded or reversed, download access ends. The Astro licence for that copy ends too; GPL rights in WordPress themes are not affected.
Acceptable use. Do not attack the shop, use someone else’s payment method or account, or try to access orders that aren’t yours.
No warranty; limit of liability. Themes are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that a theme will work with every host, plugin or future software version, or that it will bring traffic, rankings or sales. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability that can’t legally be limited.
Disputes. California law governs these terms. Please email us first; most issues are settled that way. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration in California rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Nothing here removes consumer rights that can’t be waived where you live.
Changes. We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase.
