Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, a California limited liability company.

This page is a summary. The licence file inside your download is the one that applies.

WordPress themes: GPL-2.0-or-later

Our WordPress themes use the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, the same licence as WordPress. You may:

  • use a theme on as many sites as you like, for yourself or for clients, personal or commercial;
  • change it however you like. Your purchase gets you the ready-to-install package, documentation, sample content, at least 90 days of download access, and 6 months of support and updates from us. Your GPL rights in the files you downloaded are permanent, even after support ends or if you get a refund.

Astro themes: Peachfin Themes Astro License

Astro themes from version 1.0.6 onward use our own licence. You may:

  • build unlimited websites with a theme, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients;
  • hand each finished website, including its source code, to your client;
  • change the code however you like;
  • keep using the websites you built after your 6 months of support and updates end.

You may not:

  • resell, give away or publish the theme, or a modified version of it, as a template, starter or kit for other people to build sites from;
  • sublicense the theme, or offer its source to people who haven’t bought it (except as part of a website you delivered).

If your order is refunded, your licence for that copy ends. Any copies of our Astro themes that you received under the MIT License before they moved to the Peachfin Themes Astro License stay under MIT.

Downloads, support and updates

Download access lasts at least 90 days from purchase, so please keep your own copy. Support and updates are included for 6 months from purchase and reach you through the same download. After that, you keep everything you downloaded under its licence. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.

Photos, fonts and other parts

  • Sample photos bundled with a theme are public domain (CC0) unless the ASSETS.json file in the download says otherwise. It lists each photo’s source and author.
  • Fonts keep their own licence, usually the SIL Open Font License. The licence text sits next to the font files and must stay with them.
  • Astro and npm packages are not included. You install them yourself, and each keeps its authors’ licence.

Credit link

Themes include a footer credit, “Theme name by Peachfin Themes” (for example, “Daybreak by Peachfin Themes”). You may edit or remove it.

Our name and logo

The licences cover the code, not the Peachfin Themes name or logo. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse your site or product.
