Who we are. Peachfin Themes is a brand of Sport Scheduler Pro LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which runs the shop at https://peachfinthemes.com. Privacy questions and requests: hello@peachfinthemes.com.
What we collect and why
- When you buy: your name, email, the billing details our payment processor needs, what you bought, the amount, and payment and refund status. We use these to process the order, deliver your downloads, send receipts, handle refunds and keep required business records.
- Payment details: Stripe collects your card or wallet details directly. We never receive your full card number or security code; Stripe tells us the payment status and limited details such as card brand and last four digits.
- If you create an account (optional): your email, a password (stored only as a secure hash) and your order history, so you can sign in and re-download purchases.
- If you sign up for product update emails: your email address and when you signed up. When you sign up, we send a confirmation email first and keep the address only once you confirm; we also store a hashed IP address, your browser type and the exact consent wording, so we can show that you asked for these emails. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- When you email us: your message and anything you attach, used to answer you.
- Technical data: our web host and security tools log IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to run and protect the site.
Who we share it with. Only the services that run the shop:
- Stripe for payments and fraud prevention (stripe.com/privacy);
- Hostinger for hosting this site and its database;
- Resend, which sends our order, download and account emails.
WooCommerce and WordPress run on our own hosting and do not by themselves send your order to their makers. We also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Product update emails. Some upcoming themes have a form where you can ask to hear when they launch. It is opt-in only, never pre-ticked and never tied to a purchase. We store your address in our WordPress site and use it only to tell you about new or updated Peachfin themes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. We don’t use a third-party marketing email service; if we ever add one, we will name it here first. Buying a theme does not sign you up.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site: which pages they view, how they arrive, and where they leave. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on Google’s servers under Google’s privacy terms; we use it in a configuration that does not collect precise location or share data for advertising, and you can limit it with your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools. The shop also uses the cookies it needs for the cart, checkout, sign-in and security, and Stripe sets cookies on checkout to prevent fraud. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records (in WooCommerce and Stripe): 7 years, to meet tax and financial record-keeping obligations.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete yours. Order records stay for the 7 years above.
- Update-email subscribers: for as long as your consent stands. We delete your address when you unsubscribe.
- Support emails: kept as part of our support records for as long as the related order records exist (see order records above).
- Server logs: for our host’s standard period.
Your choices and rights. You can buy without an account. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@peachfinthemes.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep records the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. We collect the categories listed above for the purposes listed above, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Security. We use HTTPS and reputable providers, but no system is perfectly secure. Your download links work like keys, so don’t share them.
Children. The shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. We will post any change here with a new effective date.
