Setup

  1. On a computer, open Tumblr in a web browser and go to your blog.
  2. Open Edit appearance, then Edit theme.
  3. Under the theme name, click Edit HTML.
  4. Select all of the existing code, delete it, and paste in everything from theme.html.
  5. Click Update Preview, check the preview, then click Save.
  6. Go back to the theme settings to set the options. They appear under Theme options.

Wildstem brings the feel of a botanical study journal to your Tumblr desktop web blog. Yellow and deep green bands frame serif headlines and a specimen photo grid, with Fraunces and Inter giving photographs and written observations a clear place on the page.

The theme supports all Tumblr post types, plus reblog trails and tags. Search and pages are included, along with an ask box. Choose Background and Text colours, then adjust Accent. Deep Green and Mint are also customisable. Switch Original Photos and All White Bands on or off, and edit the Kicker text.
