Tiny type and faded black-and-white photographs give Softgrunge its 2014 Tumblr nostalgia. Pale pink and mint accents soften the minimal grid, with a sidebar icon and hover fades adding to its quiet feel. Homemade Apple and Lato bring handwritten and simple lettering together.

Built as a custom HTML theme for Tumblr’s desktop web, Softgrunge supports all Tumblr post types, with reblog trails and tags. Search and pages are included, plus an ask box. Choose Background and Text colours, then adjust Pink and Mint. Toggle Original Photos and Keep Capitals. You can also add your own Now Playing text.
