First Person is an Astro template that puts your name, portrait and services at the center of a personal practice website. An arched portrait sits beside large display type, followed by an introduction, credentials, session fees and client quotes. The layout suits coaches, consultants, therapists, tutors, trainers, mentors and independent educators who want to explain their work and give visitors a clear way to get in touch. The fictional career coach Nadia Brennan is example content you replace with your own information.
The home page introduces your About text, then makes room for a wide photograph, services, recent notes and contact details. You can hide individual sections and choose how many services or notes appear. The Sessions and fees page lists every service with its description, price and duration, followed by questions and answers. The About page gives your story more space alongside your portrait and credentials. Notes have their own entries, tag pages and RSS feed.
The main button opens an email by default, or you can point it to your own booking page. The Contact page displays your email, phone and hours. Its optional form posts a visitor’s name, email and message to an HTTPS endpoint you configure. First Person sells nothing by default and has no payment code. The included store module is off; you can enable it to sell fixed-price items through hosted checkout links.
Edit services, credentials, quotes, contact details and appearance in src/site.config.ts, and write longer pages and notes in Markdown. Eight palettes, individual color overrides, font choices and corner settings let you adapt the presentation. The optional EmDash CMS edition handles pages, notes, menus and supported site settings on Node.js or Cloudflare Workers; services and appearance remain in the configuration file. First Person version 1.0.0 costs $47 USD one-time.
